Interior paint help

If you want to get a good idea of what paint colors will look good in your space, check out Sherwin Williams Color Visualizer on their website.
 http://www.sherwin-williams.com/do_it_yourself/paint_colors/paint_color_palette/visualizer/
its a great way to see what colors will look like together or alone.
I personally, like the "Historic Collection" on the Color Collections drop down.

Also if you're looking for that great beige/neutral/clay color that's very popular now, try Sherman Williams 6106-Kilim Beige. I recently saw it at a friends house and immediately asked if they had any left overs. (They did! yay for me!)

I've been shopping on craigslist for a design project I'm starting. Look what I found. Its gorgeous and I MUST have it!

Making things with stuff from around the house

I've been making some little things here and there with things I have laying around the house. For some reason, (its the Artist/Hoarder in me) I've been saving all the tissue paper from my trips to Homegoods, TjMaxx and Marshalls. I looked at the colors of the papers and thought they were perfect for my home and decided I would do something with all of it. This isn't exactly what I was envisioning but it came out cute none the less! This piece only made the wheels in my head turning so I plan on adding a lot to it and making it gorg!!

I was also saving all my shoe boxes thinking I need storage for all the stuff that I hoard! I planned on covering them in all the fabric I've been collecting to make them cuter storage. Here is one of what will be many, (not quite in my color palette, but it was my first try so I used the left over fabric from my headboard project and found some random jewels I had saved from when they fell off of a shirt) Not bad for a first try!
